What are my shipping options?

USPS International /w Tracking:

International customers are responsible for any import tariffs, duties, taxes, or custom’s fees applied by their country.

Please note that duties and taxes may be applied to the order upon its arrival to the country of destination for orders outside of the USA. Check with your local post office or customs bureau before placing an order to determine if you will need to pay any additional fees before receiving your order.

These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Viowiess and your country's customs department reserve the right to abandon any shipment for which the required payments are not supplied, and no refund will be given.

USPS First Class /w Tracking (USA & Territories)

Standard USPS first class commercial shipping with a tracking number and USPS guaranteed maximum transit time of 5 business days within the US. You will receive a tracking number via email at the time your order is processed for shipment.

Domestic orders weighing under 4 ounces always ship free.

USPS Priority /w Tracking (USA & Territories)

We provide same day shipping on all priority orders. USPS Priority Mail is delivered within 2-3 days for the US and includes tracking. If you order after 2pm PST your package will ship next day due to USPS mail collection times.

Handling:

We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving an order according to our stated pacific standard time hours of operation. Please note that we are closed on Sundays so an order placed Saturday evening or Sunday will not ship until Monday morning.
