What is our Refund & Return Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your 3DS, Prizma, or Catrpilr mute, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price of the mute.
We guarantee all our products to be free of material defects and will send a replacement mute free of charge on any defective or malfunctioning mute up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Sorry we cannot replace your mute if it is lost, stolen, or otherwise disappeared by your local mail delivery service.

Please note that custom autograph mute sales are final and that no refund will be applied on these products.
We reserve the right to refuse to do future business with anyone found to abuse our refund and exchange policy.
