The Flavor Container Awarded SCOEDD Restaurant Grant

KLAMATH FALLS, OR June 21, 2021. Viowiess Co, a US-based additive manufacturing startup, has been awarded a $10,000 grant for the development of new dessert spot, The Flavor Container, near downtown Klamath Falls.

Located at 1114 E. Main St. adjacent to the Viowiess R&D lot, The Flavor Container produces a daily variety of vegan and dairy dessert options. The physical restaurant will feature Viowiess Co’s 3D-printed framing, lighting, and insulation solutions as well as an innovative urban garden space with fully functional aquaponics micro-farm.
