Buyer may provide their own foundation at buyers expense or purchase our pillar foundation. Buyer assumes all liability when supplying their own foundation and we will charge $150 to inspect any buyer supplied foundation before placing a unit.

A 8,000 lbs+ forklift is required to unload each module. Buyer may supply their own forklift and operator at buyer expense and liability or have us coordinate a forklift and supply an operator at a fixed cost of $1,400 per day.

Buyer is responsible for addressing any site access issues before delivery and we may refuse delivery if site conditions are unsafe or unsatisfactory for safe and efficient delivery of any module.
